The Planning Process

Briefing Call - an opportunity for you to speak with us and share about your team and any pre-defined objectives

Co-Design - we'll put forward a suggested plan and agenda for your review, including venue and any requested options
3.
Insights Gathering - we usually speak with all participants before the session to help identify pain points in the team
4.
Final Design - we'll share an updated plan to incorporate any newly uncovered challenges, for your sign-off before delivery
5.
Delivery - we'll manage the event with expert facilitation, ensuring all attendees can fully participate
